Captain Ed Bitchslaps Arrogant Columnist

This post at CQ finds Captain Ed in rare form, disinfecting the sanctimonious bile put forth by Des Moines Register sportswriter Nancy Clark. Clark, along with every other snarky journalist who sneers at bloggers while cheering on the increasingly shoddy reporting in newspapers, shows herself to be full of hubris and self-righteousness - her passages ooze with elitism and snobbery. The Captain quickly pops her overinflated hot-air balloon and sends her spiraling back to Earth.
